Keep Truckin: Marination Mobile

Can I just say how much I love food trucks? This one in particular called Marination Mobile is my current food obsession. They roll around Seattle serving up a blend of Korean and Hawaiian cuisine, which includes kimchi fried rice, miso ginger chicken tacos, shredded kalua pork and delicious Spam sliders. Yes, I said delicious and Spam in the same sentence. Believe it.

These photos were taken when my parents were here. Please note what a fine hand model my dad is.

  2. I didn't know what a food truck was until a few months ago. I've still never seen one in person! But man, that food (and beverage) looks delish.

  3. Next time I'm in Seattle, I want to stalk that truck! I'm with you on food trucks. I used to love the one in Tofino BC, called Sobo (I think). Deeelicious.
